Orders & Payment
All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Shipping
Each piece here is created and packed with care. Orders ship as quickly as possible. You’ll get a confirmation email once your item is on its way. We’re not responsible for carrier or customs delays, but we’ll always do our best to help if something goes wrong.
Returns
All sales are final. Returns are accepted only if an item arrives damaged—please send a message via the Contact page with your order number within 7 days of delivery. You may be asked to provide a photo of the damage.
Taxes
Sales tax is collected for California orders. International buyers are responsible for customs duties or import fees.

Order Review & Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to review, hold, or cancel any order that appears fraudulent, automated, or placed for the purpose of resale or redistribution without authorization. Orders flagged by our payment processor or fulfillment partners may be canceled at our discretion, with a full refund issued to the original payment method.
